A motor vehicle auto spares retailing company is looking for a suitable qualified personnel to fill in the following positions
1. Dispatch and Receiving Clerk x 1

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assembles and prepares orders for dispatch.
- Provides details of progress on deliveries and schedules.
- Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff as well as the branches and finance departments.
- Responsible for monitoring the returns process.
- Examine and unpack incoming consignments; record shortages and damaged items.
- Ensuring outgoing consignments are in good condition and meet specifications i.e. number organizing the dispatch of goods with completed documentation.
- Maintaining prescribed records of goods received and dispatched
- Examines outgoing goods to ensure consignment meets requirements.
- Verifies outgoing orders against requisitions
- Reconciles outgoing inventory against returns
- Cooperate with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide warehouse information as requested.
- Visually monitor inventory levels and communicate low levels to buyers, schedulers, and others as necessary.
- Overseeing stock storage processes.
- Performing regular inventory audits, counts
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from the dispatch area

Qualifications and Experience

- 5 "O" levels including English language and mathematics
- A diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Materials management or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Thorough attention to detail
- Organisation and time management skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
