Duties and Responsibilities
What we expect from you
? Receive draft contracts from requesting business units and verify approval.
? Facilitate renewal of contracts in liaison with the user department.
? Receive invoices from foreign service providers and verify conformity to CBZ and RBZ requirements.
? Raise the necessary payment documents and ensure compliance to Exchange Control and RBZ requirements.
? Process payment for local goods or services received.
? Implement document filing and easy retrieval of documents.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
? Possess a degree or making progress towards attainment of the same in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business studies or similar.
? Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a diversified financial institution or similar environment.
? Should have strong computer literacy skills.
? Have strong communication skills.
