SME Association of Zimbabwe is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper for our Harare office. Reporting to the Administration Officer, the job entails performing primary data entry, reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding debtor balances.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities include entering financial information in computer systems, verifying accuracy of financial information, generating reports, and communicating with management, staff, and clients. Also following up and collection of outstanding debtors and general office duties.
Qualifications And Experience
Candidates must have:
Diploma, ZAAT or similar qualification in accounting/book-keeping
2. At least five years’ working experience in an accounts department.
3. Fluent in use of accounting packages, and Microsoft Office packages
4. Experience in following up on, and collecting outstanding debtors’ balances.
