Description :

Who we’re looking for :

  • Understanding of SJP, its business model and the context in which it operates. 
  • Detailed understanding of the submission process including iBusiness and EBS.
  • Understanding of KPIs as well as how the various support functions across the business impact on the submission process (desirable).
  • Understanding of the administration processes across outsourced providers is important.
  • Previous FS/wealth management experience and/or working in a regulated environment.
  • Experience of using Salesforce.
  • Wider knowledge of SJP/Admin systems including Bluedoor and My Practice.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify solutions and influence change.
  • Analyse MI and deliver appropriate training/development to Partners.
  • Assess a variety of solutions and choose the best outcome.
  • Ability to build relationships with Partners, PSS and Field Management Team.
  • Facilitate groups of PSS in a collaborative manner to drive positive outcomes.
  • Required to be self-motivated with a desire to drive improvements across the area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills.

Special Requirements :

  • Able to travel regularly and stay overnight occasionally
