Who we’re looking for :
- Understanding of SJP, its business model and the context in which it operates.
- Detailed understanding of the submission process including iBusiness and EBS.
- Understanding of KPIs as well as how the various support functions across the business impact on the submission process (desirable).
- Understanding of the administration processes across outsourced providers is important.
- Previous FS/wealth management experience and/or working in a regulated environment.
- Experience of using Salesforce.
- Wider knowledge of SJP/Admin systems including Bluedoor and My Practice.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify solutions and influence change.
- Analyse MI and deliver appropriate training/development to Partners.
- Assess a variety of solutions and choose the best outcome.
- Ability to build relationships with Partners, PSS and Field Management Team.
- Facilitate groups of PSS in a collaborative manner to drive positive outcomes.
- Required to be self-motivated with a desire to drive improvements across the area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills.
Special Requirements :
- Able to travel regularly and stay overnight occasionally
