Job Summary
BOOST is a non-profit organisation that was founded in the year 2000 to empower the next generation of leaders in entrepreneurship and future of work through business development, innovation, financial inclusion, digital inclusion, gender and social inclusion and environmental sustainability among youth and women to inspire sustainable socioeconomic transformation for communities.
Duties and Responsibilities
The interns will directly work with Programme Coordinators of various programmes staff with administrative and programmatic duties. The position will offer opportunities to develop practical work experience, office and professional skills, while providing experience in a non-profit environment.
Qualifications and Experience
-Currently studying a degree in Social Sciences
– Passionate about development work with excellent analytical skills
– Excellent report writing skills
– Agile- the ability to actively switch your thinking according to what's needed across different contexts
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
– Innovative,
– Excellent problem solving skills
– People person
