Job Summary

Tender bids preparation

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Identifying opportunities on which to submit tenders and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work
2. Preparing bid documents
3. Ensuring compliance with the regulatory authority and that all deadlines are met.
4. Develop and manage the bid timetable, managing inputs and suppliers as appropriate to ensure all key milestones are met.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification in procurement

3 years of experience in a similar role.

Provable Tender bid preparation experience is a must.
