Job Summary

Architectural Drafting of Construction Documents for Single Family and Multi-Family Construction.
Ability to read and interpret Building Codes
Experience creating Construction Documents.
Ability to understand and implement CAD Standards.
Ability to interpret Red-Line sketches.
Comfortable with using a digital Project Folder Directory to organize and store data.
Need to clearly understand Imperial Units of Measurement.
EXTREMEMLY IMPORTANT
Ability to understand, organize, and present data in a well thought-out, easy to read graphic document is a huge must.

Duties and Responsibilities

Architectural Drafting of Construction Documents for Single Family and Multi-Family Construction.
Ability to read and interpret Building Codes
Experience creating Construction Documents.
Ability to understand and implement CAD Standards.
Ability to interpret Red-Line sketches.
Comfortable with using a digital Project Folder Directory to organize and store data.

Ability to understand, organize, and present data in a well thought-out, easy to read graphic document is a huge must.Software Efficiencies include:

AutoCAD 2018 or newer
Revit 2021, 2022, or newer
SketchUp
Various PDF reader/editiors.
Slack for Team Communicating and Project Sharing
Skype or Zoom Meetings if needed.
Dropbox, Google Drive, and/or OneDrive
Autodesk Construction Cloud (if we are using Revit).
Excel and Word

Communications:

Fluent in English and still comfortable asking for clarity on words, phrases, or terms that may not be understood.
Writing and Reading instructions in English.
Ability to hand-sketch ideas and questions and send back for our review would be a big plus.

Qualifications and Experience

All relevant qualifications will be considered, no less than 5years experience with traceable references with reputable companies is acceptable.
