The following are the essential prerequisites:
• 5 “O”levels including Mathematics
• 3-5 years' experience in Front Office operations
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations
• Computer literate with detailed knowledge of Opera
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Very well groomed and presentable
• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel & Catering/ Tourism & Hospitality will be an added advantage
