Job Summary
We are looking to employ an experienced Construction Plant and Machinery Manager on a full time basis, subject to the completion of a standard probation period.
Duties and Responsibilities
Not limited to:
- All plant, truck and vehicle logistics.
- All plant, truck and vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Good general knowledge of mechanics enabling the candidate to troubleshoot problems on plant and the suitable repair solution.
- Good communication skills enabling the candidate to negotiate with suppliers and mechanics
- Own vehicle and phone.
- Management skills empowering the candidate to simultaneously manage large fleets of plant, trucks and vehicles on various projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field and relevant qualifications.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of construction plant, machinery and logistics.
- Attention to detail.
