Job Summary
Radar Castings, a family division of CIH Industries (Pvt) Limited, is looking for an Electrical and Instruments Technician to perform electrical and instrumentation activities and projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Install, maintain, and repair industrial control systems and power distributions systems including electric motors, motor control devices and variable speed drives.
– Maintain induction furnaces instrumentation including analytical, flow pressure and lead transmitters.
– work with electricians to install new equipment including conduct and wiring.
– Responsible for preventative maintenance and calibrations of all electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment.
– Maintain accurate equipment files such as maintenance and inventory, logs, manuals, schematics and blueprints and be able to read and understand the same.
– Operate and perform maintenance on hand tool, light and heavy equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
– ND and HND in Electrical and Instrumentation from a recognized institution (journeyman status preferred)
– 3 years industrial working experience
– Must be computer literate
– Knowledgeable of ISO 9001 QMS
