Job Summary
This role is individually accountable for developing project briefs and prepare and present design proposals including 3-D virtual models of architectural designs using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software, as well as traditional drawing methods for project feasibility/viability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project formulation and appraisal
Develop project briefs and prepare and present design proposals including 3-D virtual models of architectural designs using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software, as well as traditional drawing methods for project feasibility/viability.
Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures.
Project management and reporting including supervision of construction projects and co-ordination, monitoring and inspection of work done by contractors.
Evaluate and advise on refurbishment, reuse, recycling and deconstruction of buildings.
Review of proposals from consultants including analyzing architectural plans and drawings, highlighting any possible risks or problems.
Stakeholder engagement and management
