WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR :

Job Summary

Applications are invited from passionate and highly motivated individuals to join our organisation in the above position that has arisen. The position is based at our Bulawayo Office and the incumbent will be reporting to the unit's General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Maintenance of accurate stock records and provision of maximum security for stocks.
• Ensuring adequate preparation for and monitoring of monthly stock take.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and order in the Stores warehouse.
• Updating all stock movement transactions on stock sheets, bin cards and on Pastel.
• Issuing of both raw material and consumable stocks to Production
• Overseeing all stock transfers and movements within the group companies.
• Ensuring that all warehouse and buying documents are properly filed.
• Supervision of the Stores warehouse staff.

Qualifications and Experience

The Person
The ideal applicant should possess the following qualifications:

? A Degree / HND in Supply Chain Management or related field from a reputable institution.
? Knowledge of Pastel, a must.
? At least five years’ working experience in the Stores environment.
? A mature person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
? Ability to work with and meeting strict deadlines, with a keen eye for detail.
