Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above post, which
has arisen in the Fleet Maintenance Department at Cailogistics (Private) Limited. The
Incumbents will be based at Harare.
Reporting to the Senior Depot Coordinator, the successful applicant will among other key challenging
aspects be responsible for:
? Acting on instruction for welding through the job card from the Charge Hand.
? Preparing bill of quantities for jobs to be done from the Charge Hand.
? Carrying out all welding related tasks.
? Installing door rubbers.
? Carrying out brazing tasks.
? Carrying out fabrication tasks.
? Reporting risks and opportunities to the Charge Hand.
? Cleaning workstation prior and after work.
? Any other duties as assigned.
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
? Certificate in fabrication and welding with at least three years post apprentice experience.
? 5 “O” levels, including English and Mathematics.
? Be a good team player and have the ability to manage diversity.
? Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
