CATERING MANAGER (GOLDRIDGE COLLEGE) GOLDRIDGE COLLEGE An independent coeducational school Invites applications from experienced and suitably qualified persons for the following post. CATERING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES = Plan menus and oversee food, equipment and service preparations. = Oversee the cooking of food. = Oversee the students' seating arrangements, serving of meals,beverages and clearing of tables. = Monitor and order all stock and supplies. = Supervise all catering staff and schedule all shifts. = Cater for all students' food needs. = Adhere to food and health industry standards.
Work/Educational Requirements
= Accredited course in Food and Nutrition or Catering Management or similar. = A bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Hospitality or similar would be an advantage. = At least three (3) years in Catering.
