What you'll have :
- 2 years experience in a Customer Service role. Business-to-Business experience is an advantage
- Prior experience in, or knowledge of, working within the logistics, supply chain or pharmaceutical sectors would be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong Team player – able to work constructively with colleagues inside & outside the department to ensure the best possible service is provided to the client at all times.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
