A leading Funeral Services Company is seeking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Practitioner who as passion for employee growth and development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Compensation management
• Recruitment management
• Employee relations
• Training and development management
• Performance management
• Employee welfare management
• Health, safety and environmental management

Qualifications and Experience

1. ‘O’ Levels including English language and Mathematics
2. Diploma in health and safety Management
3. Knowledge of any payroll package preferably Belina is desirable
4. A degree plus a diploma in Human Resources Management preferably IPMZ
5. A diploma or degree in psychology is an added advantage
6. At least 5 years’ experience as a Personnel Clerk
