Tenders must be closed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the Tender Number, Tender Description and delivered by hand or post to Number 2 Aerodrome Road, Mutare before 1100hrs on the closing date. Tenders received after 1100hrs on the closing date whether by hand or post will not be accepted. FACT reserves the right to reject any tenders and does not bind itself to accept any tender in whole or in part thereof.
