Job Summary

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the three months temp position of Receptionist/Administrator that has arisen at Cell Insurance Private Limited in Bulawayo.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the main purpose of the job is to offer administrative and credit control services to the branch and to provide front-line assistance to callers and visitors of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Manning the Reception area
• Providing Secretarial and Administration service
• Banking and receipting of payments
• Preparation of weekly and monthly credit control reports
• Overseeing housekeeping issues

Qualifications and Experience

• Administration Diploma OR equivalent
• Accounting Diploma will be an added advantage
• COP in Short Term Insurance is an added advantage
• 5 ‘O’ level passes including English language and Accounts

The Ideal Candidate Must:
• Have 2 years working experience with exposure to credit control, reception manning
and office administration
• Have exposure to short -term insurance environment, as an added advantage
• Possess good communication and presentation skills
• Should have excellent customer service skills
• Be highly computer literate
• Be a person of integrity who is able to observe and protect the confidential nature of
