(SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY ) BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT Lecturer (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates would be expected to conduct, teach courses, mark assignments and tests in the following courses:
Tissue Engineering
Biomechanics
Biomedical Informatics
Numerical Analysis
In addition, the incumbent will be expected to supervise undergraduate students projects, conduct research in the field of Biomedical Engineering and carry out other departmental duties (academic and administrative) as and when assigned by the Vice Chancellor through the Departmental Chairperson.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience Applicants should have a Master's Degree preferably in Biomedical Engineering (with a bias towards tissue engineering), Bioengineering (with a bias towards human tissue engineering), or equivalent. The candidate must have at least two (2) years’ experience in either:
Biomedical Engineering Lecturing or hands-on industry
