Job Description Provide insight and support to People & Culture with specific reference to driving adoption and providing insight on human capital metrics through detailed analysis and reporting on all data points as defined in the measurement criteria.
Duties and Responsibilities
Additional Information Incumbent will:
Analyse monthly utilisation adoption, an engagement data to understand an report on emerging trends across multiple variables such as workforce, geographies, gender and demographics. Provide detailed monthly reports highlighting areas of concern and risk to all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification in Project Management and People or Human Development and IT or Computer Science.
Experience Some experience in learning coordination and exposure to data analytics and reporting.
