We are seeking suitably qualified, experienced and results-oriented professionals to fill the following positions within our mining operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial reports, cost reports and variance analyses.
Monitor operational expenditure, investigate cost variances and recommend corrective action.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Oversee inventory controls, stock counts and stock variance investigations.
Maintain effective financial controls and support internal and external audits.
Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification.
Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or CA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience.
Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as Pastel or SAP.
Experience in cost accounting and management reporting is preferred.
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
