Defcorp Security (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised, and results-driven individual to fill the position of Administration and Sales Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Market the company’s services and products to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Prepare reports.
- Maintain client databases.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, receipting, and updating stock
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist with general office operations and customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must be strictly based in Mutare.
- A qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in sales and administration will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results.
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
