Duties and Responsibilities
The role - what we expect from you:
? Conduct operational checks and controls in line with current policies and procedures.
? Action reports timely and ensure authorized entries go through accounts.
? Implement an effective and efficient Record Management System for the branch.
? Oversee proper maintenance of the Branch’s fixed assets.
? Grow the branch’s deposit portfolio.
? Reduce costs and expenses within the branch.
? Cross sell Bank products.
? Coordinate the Customer Complaint Management Programme.
? Monitor all suspense accounts.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills and experience required:
? A Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing, Retail Management or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution.
? Possession of IOBZ is an added advantage.
? At least 10 years’ banking experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
? Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the financial services sector.
? Possess good computer skills.
? Should be familiar and fairly experienced with Flexcube or Flexbranch banking systems.
