Duties And Responsibilities:
Monitor And Generate Revenue Trends Of Corporate Clients By Analysing The Key Accounts.
Analyse Corporate Clients’ Usage To Determine The Demand For Voice, Broadband And Satellite Services In Different Locations And Avail Optimum Network Elements And Capacity.
Delivers Responsive, Proactive And Professional Correspondences Related To Any Account Functionality Including Billing, Service Activation, Or Escalation Of Technical Support.
Analyse Service Usage Trends In Order To Assess Network Capacity Adequacy On A Continuous Basis
Work With Network Planning In The Installation And Commissioning Of New Technologies/Network Elements To Address Identified Corporate Clients’ Needs On A Continuous Basis.
Deliver On Going Market Analysis And Assessment Of Competitor And Market Intelligence With A Focus On The Future And Value Creation
Develop And Manage Tender Response Processes And Implementation Execution Of The Tender Project.
Analyse Service Usage Trends In Order To Assess Network Capacity Adequacy On A Continuous Basis And Recommend Appropriate Interventions.
Negotiate And Prepare Service Level Agreements For Corporate Clients
Proactively Monitor Corporate Clients’ Needs And Take Preventative And Corrective Action To Meet Corporate Clients’ Satisfaction.
Manage Relations With Stakeholders Such As Community Groups And Utilities To Ensure Support In Resource Provision On A Continuous Basis.
Complete All Related Tasks As When Necessary.
Qualification And Experience:
Degree In Marketing And /Or Business Management
Professional Sales Or Marketing Qualification Is An Added Advantage E.G. IMM.
3 Years’ Relevant Experience
Strong Product Knowledge Of TelOne Products.
Excellent Communications Skills – Speaking, Listening, Writing, And Interpersonal Skill
Knowledge Of Corporate Marking Needs Distribution Channels.
Ability To Work Independently Without Supervision
Sound Product Sales Negotiation Skills And Ability To Drive Corporate Sales Volume.
