Job Summary
Reports to the Revenue Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities
– managing the kitchen operations and accommodation section
– stock management
– staff supervision
– marketing of the Guesthouse services i.e. kitchen & accommodation
– generating quotations and invoices for clients
– any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
The person must be working towards obtaining or in possession of a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or is a holder of the same Degree or Higher National Diploma.
The person must be willing to start as soon as possible.
