• Receiving visitors
• Keeping call and visitors registers
• Receiving and dispatching mail
• Office upkeep
• Filing
• Accounts data capture

• Petty cash

• Budgeting

• Office purchases.

• Minute taking

Qualifications and Experience


• Sales and marketing qualification.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Proven skills in Marketing and Sales.
• Project management.

• Ability to meet sales targets.

• Knowledge of the Education/ Book sector an advantage.
