We have the following vacant position:
Sales and Export Manager
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
? Develops and manages the performance of subordinates in achievement of agreed strategy, business plans and budgets.
? Develops and implements annual sales targets and plans in line with strategic objectives
? Builds and maintains effective customer relationships
? Oversees export process for each export sale to ensure goods are received by customers on time, within cost and to specification.
? Monitors existing and identifies and develops new markets and market opportunities
? Negotiates and develops relationships with new distributors/commercial partners.
? Develops and maintains effective and efficient networks and market analysis to ensure competitor activity is known and threats mitigated where needed
? Collects outstanding funds from all debtors
? Ensures a continuous cycle of review for improvement
? Holds weekly meeting with sales team reviewing performance against targets and agreeing corrective or new actions in order to meet targets.
? Develops customer service standards to guide all interactions between the company and its customers.
? Develops and implements quarterly relationship management plan, including regular communication with all customers to ensure that customer satisfaction levels are developed and maintained.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or similar
• 8 Years work experience in a similar position which is a managerial.
• Experience in certification
