Duties and Responsibilities
??Orders, checks, receives and controls inventory to ensure adequate and proper inventory level, product quality and freshness.
??Checks competitors for comparisons on prices, product variety and merchandising procedures.
??Handles customer relation
Answering and responding incoming calls appropriately.
??Oversee total department operations, ensuring internal programs are executed, important information is communicated, and expenses are controlled.w
??Manage performance and develop employees within the department.
??Educate customers and employees about products and ensure items are fresh and well-merchandised in innovative displays.
??Provides a high level of customer service to members and ensures fulfillment of member orders.
Qualifications and Experience
??Atleast 2years Proven Experience.
??A degree/diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
??Good Analytical Skills (Analyze product movement for optimum sales).
?? Excellent Negotiating skills (Negotiates and creates contracts for promotional monies)
??Clean Class 2 Drivers License (Required to do coperate deliveries, customer deliveries and customer visits).
??Good Communication Skills (Communicate effectively and cross functionally with upper management and other depts).
