Job Summary


Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following post.

Duties And Responsibilities


  1. Produce, edit, proofread documents, reports and presentations
    2. Maintain the department’s diary by warming and scheduling appointments.
    3. Handle all departmental correspondences
    4. Maintain a filing system and manages databases for the department.
    5. Represent the department by communicating and obtaining information, following up on delegated assignments to Finance department staff.
    6. Screen phone cats, enquiries, and requests. and handling them appropriately.
    7. Handle correspondences through emails and letters.
    8. Receive visitors/clients to the office of the Finance Director.
    9. Maintain a diary for the Finance Director.

Qualifications And Experience


  • 5 ‘O’Levels including Maths and English
    • Secretarial Diploma/Administration Diploma.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
    • Well organized.
    • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
