HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Guidance in personnel policies and procedures, recommendations for the human resources department Dealing with labour related issues and drafting of code of conduct Coordinating performance appraisal Preparation of employment contracts and facilitating the recruitment processes Supervision of payroll and reviewing payroll processes Coordinating employee grievances and disciplinary handling issues General office administration including filing and records keeping All front office duties like welcoming visitors, answering calls and attending to enquiries Schedule meetings, travel arrangements and appointments for management.
Work/Educational Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS A diploma, HND in Business Administration, Office administration, Secretarial studies, Human Resources A degree in an added advantage A minimum of 5 'O' level passes including English and Mathematics Years relevant working experience at a similar position also an added advantage Ability to interpret work in accordance with laid down procedures
