Job Summary

Zaka Rural District Council Is Looking For Procurement Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES
• Sourcing goods and services in line with the procurement regulations'
• Providing secretarial services in evaluation meetings
• Writing orders for approval
• Production of reports of the procurement department
• Assisting in logistics of items procured
• Carrying out all procurement duties as delegated.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 D-Levels passes with grade C or better including English and Mathematics
• A diploma or a degree in Purchasing and Supply or Supply Chain Management and Logistics
• Computer literacy
• At least one year experience in a similar position
• Experience in a Local Authority in the similar post will be an added advantage.
• At least 25-45 years old
