RECEPTIONIST – ZIMBABWE CENTRE FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the following positions that have arisen within the organisation.

 

RECEPTIONIST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes and making travel plans;
  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude; scheduling appointments.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs;
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms;

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • A relevant Degree or Higher National Diploma and or equivalent;
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field;
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Experience in administrative and clerical procedures;
