Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the below position which has arisen within the Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC). REGISTRY OFFICER Duties and Responsibilities include: Processing of incoming mail. Scan, rename and upload mail into the SAP system. Processing outgoing mail. Attending to internal and external clients. Attending to online and calling customers. Delivery of Mail Posting. Maintaining and running with the Commissions' Records Management System

Work/Educational Requirements

The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications and experience : A Diploma in Records Management or related discipline from a reputable Institute. At least three years post qualification experience. Work experience in the Insurance and or Pensions Industry will be an added advantage. IPEC is an equal opportunity employer
