– Degree in Industrial Relations or relevant.
– Diploma in Arbitration and Conciliation will be an added advantage.
– At least 3 years of Industrial Relations experience.
Key Competencies
– Must have a sound knowledge of the Labour Act and related labour legislation.
– Person with character to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
