Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following posts:
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (1 POST)
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Data capturing.
Processing of receipts, payments and inventory transactions (where applicable) into Pastel and general ledger posting.
Processing of relevant journal entries.
Preparation of relevant monthly reconciliations.
Filing of all sectional documents.
Attending appropriately to internal and external client queries.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
Higher National Diploma /Degree in Accounting.
At least 2 years working experience in accounting field.
Knowledge of pastel will be an added advantage.
Skills and competences
Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
