Finance Recruitment Consultant

R33 000 – 35 000 pm

UK-based Rec to Rec company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing finance professionals in a variety of roles, including accounting, finance, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit finance professionals through a variety of methods, including job postings, networking, and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
• Negotiate job offers and salary packages
• Provide support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in recruitment best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance recruitment in the UK market
• Proven track record of successfully placing finance professionals in a variety of roles
• Strong understanding of the finance industry and current market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
