Job Summary

Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC) a subsidiary of ZESA HOLDINGS is the leading generator of electrical energy in Zimbabwe and supplies the bulk of the nation’s electrical power requirements from its five power stations. The company is inviting suitably qualified, motivated and experienced staff to fill the following FIXED TERM CONTRACT position based at Kariba South Power Station.

GENERAL WORKERS (5 MONTHS CONTRACT) 10 POSITIONS REF:ZPCKSPS 15/03/23

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in fencing works around Station premises
Fire guards and bush clearing
Drainage Clearance
Road Maintenance
Tree Cutting
Stone picking and river sand collection
General Housekeeping on Station Properties
Any other duties as maybe assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience

5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language
1 year relevant experience
