Description :
PURPOSE :
This is a two-year comprehensive on the job training program which cover all aspects of ICT administration and support including but not limited to:
• ICT call/fault recording
• ICT first line support
• ICT Project coordination: documentation, software design, programming, systems customization, and project
testing
A detailed training program will be availed to the successful candidate
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with an upper second (2.1) degree class or better.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, ICT Hardware, and Networking
• Knowledge of applications including emails and office products
• Excellent interpersonal skills
