Duties
_Telephone selling
_Setting appointments
-Keep records of customer interaction
_Follow communication procedure
_Take extra mile to engage customers
_Attending to client pitches
_Answering products and services questions
-Handle customer complaints and other administrative duties
Qualifications and Experience
experience_ working at a call centre will be an advantage
experience in sales
experience in marketing
Qualifications_Degree /Diploma in sales and marketing
telesales certificate, marketing, public relations etc
Clean class 4 driver's licence and added advantage
