Job Summary

This is an administrative position as both a Receptionist and Sales Admin in a Manufacturing Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Various administration duties such as handling incoming and outgoing calls, typing, photocopying, filing and other administrative duties
• Deal with incoming and outgoing emails
• Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Attend to and assist walk in customers and attend to and assist with telephone enquiries
• Ensure daily sales targets are met
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 Ordinary Level passes
• Age between 25 -35 years
• Knowledge of pastel
• Driver’s License
• IT competent with Outlook, Word and Excel a must
• Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
• Remarkable communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
