A company in the construction industry is looking for a Sales and Administration assistant to join their team.
Duties And Responsibilities
The front office role involves:
– Communicating with and assisting clients via email, phone, in person, social media
– Liasing and coordinating with the workshop contractors (welders, builders, plumbers etc)
– Assisting the marketing team
– Maintaining client accounts and records
Qualifications And Experience
The ideal candidate:
• Is a good communicator and fluent in both written and spoken English
• Has 2+ years experience in an office setting
• Holds a Commercial degree
• Is available to work on Saturdays
• Is comfortable with using technology in the office
A driver’s licence is advantageous.
Candidates who stay in Hatfield/ Waterfalls/ Cranborne/ Chadcombe / Sunningdale / Arcadia would also be at an advantage – purely because of logistical reasons.
