CROCO HOLDINGS EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancies that have arisen at our Croco Motors Bulawayo Branch. (2) SALES ADMINISTRATOR Key Responsibilities • To receive customers and define the customer concerns • Ordering the entire department's trading stock. • Make follow ups on status of the vehicles ordered ensure correct information is available about the expected delivery date • Maintain concise record of all payments made by customers on vehicles • Maintain and update the vehicle analysis book according to customers, CC number, make or model, engine number, chassis number • Compile and type quotations for customers enquiring on stock and quotations. • Generate a tax and receipt of payment invoices for the customer and keep copies of these documents for purposes such as auditing, customer fall back, e.t.c. . Follow up on customers on documentation such as the duty free certificate on their vehicles. • Ensure that receiving procedures are adhered to by insisting on the prescribed documents on every received vehicle • Create and maintain a data base of all clients and suppliers. Key Skills and Attributes • Energetic and quality oriented • Product knowledge • Highly computer literate . Good written and oral communication skills • Customer responsiveness

Work/Educational Requirements

• A Sales/Marketing qualification a must • Administration qualification is an added advantage • Class 4 Driver's license
