SALES & MARKETING PERSON– CLEARVIEW FENCING
We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, confident and highly presentable Lady or Gentleman to join our team as a Sales Team. The goal is to increase revenue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Clearview Fencing solutions to individuals, companies, property developers, schools, institutions, construction companies, security companies and other potential clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate new business and identify potential Clearview Fence customers.
* Approach prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, referrals and physical visits.
* Present Clearview Fencing products professionally to potential customers.
* Conduct confident and well-structured sales presentations.
* Explain product advantages, applications and solutions clearly to clients.
* Prepare and present quotations and proposals to prospective customers.
* Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads and potential customers.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
* Visit potential project sites where necessary.
* Identify new markets, projects, contractors and businesses requiring fencing solutions.
* Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Assist with digital marketing campaigns and online lead generation.
* Promote the company through social media and other digital platforms.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, quotations and sales.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, prospects and market opportunities.
* Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the company’s position in the market.

DIGITAL & COMPUTER SKILLS
Candidates should be comfortable using modern technology and should have good digital literacy, including:
* Microsoft Word
* Microsoft Excel
* PowerPoint
* Email
* WhatsApp Business
* Social media platforms
* Internet research
* Online marketing
* Preparing basic presentations and quotations
* Maintaining electronic customer and sales records
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum age: 21 years
* Preferred maximum age: 40 years, where permitted by applicable employment law
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Sales, marketing, business development or customer service experience will be an advantage.
* Previous experience selling construction materials, security products, fencing, property-related products or similar products will be an added advantage.
* Computer literacy is essential. On digital skills - office package word , excel , etc think you should change it to O365 of Microsoft 365
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
* Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
