Job Summary
Applications are invited for the position of Marketing & Business Development Officer for Bulawayo Office. The purpose of the job is to devise and implement business development strategies to acquire new customers and increase business with current customers. The position reports to the Head of Marketing and Business Development.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Tracks leads generated and writes sales reports which are submitted to management
• Develops customer specific sales pitch and conduct presentations
• Manages relations with new and existing clients
• Ensuring that the Association meets set targets
• Market intelligence
• Attends industry functions, forums and conferences related to the industry
• Promotes the SAZ brand
• Engagement in other marketing activities
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Professional qualification an added advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Member of a Professional Board.
