Job Summary

Under the guidance of Finance and Administration Manager

Overall coordination of administration function within organisation, liaising between operations and management teams.
Provides first line support in tender process management.
Meet the purchasing and supply deadlines that stipulate what needs to be procured. and what quantities of the supplies and goods are needed for projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

Overall coordination of administration function within organisation, liaising between operations and management teams.
Provides first line support in tender process management.
Meet the purchasing and supply deadlines that stipulate what needs to be procured. and what quantities of the supplies and goods are needed for projects.
Receive requests from various user departments and understand specific needs so as to plan the procurement of requirements accordingly within the correct specifications.
Assists in managing inventory of office supplies including maintaining of adequate. levels of the stock including stationery.
Assists in coordinating timely deliveries of supplies.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
Assists in fleet management and logistical support.
Ensures weekly inspection of vehicles.
Assists in timely renewal of regulatory licenses as applicable
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar role.
Experience in construction, civil works industry is an added advantage.
Project Management experience is desirable.
