Overview

Our client who is a leading Solutions provider in Southern Africa since 1945 looking for a technically skilled Sales Executive with great interpersonal skills to join their team, you will be responsible Sales of all the company’s products that improve a business’s time and attendance process.  Their smart systems enable tracking and monitoring of employee attendance including a wide range of start of the art Biometric Clocking machines.

Minimum Requirements:

Sales experience of at least 2 -5 years

Fast learner and passion for sales

Proficiency in English

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

Competitive – having the desire to be more successful than others.

Good understanding of IT infrastructure and communication methods.

Reliable internet connection

Own a car and a valid driver’s license

Duties and Responsibilities:

Active engagement with team members & piers in order to build an exciting and high-performance team and company culture.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Constantly looking for new business avenues and opportunities.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.

Build reports - weekly feedback.

Establish long terms relationships
