PROCUREMENT INTERN X1: Willowvale
Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in receiving goods and arrange for the appropriate storage or distribution.
• Following up with suppliers to get fiscal tax invoices
• Assist in procurement of goods in compliance with the procurement policy.
• Facilitate the quality and quantity control of procured goods as per specifications.
• Perform any other related duties and activities as instructed by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Core Competencies
• Good interpersonal skills
• A self-starter able to work with little supervision.
• Excellent computer skills
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
• Currently studying towards completion of Bachelors in Supply Chain Management or similar qualification.
