Job Summary

We are looking for recent graduates to start as Graduate Trainee in our production department. The candidate should be a recent graduate from a reputable institution aged 25 and below.

Duties and Responsibilities

— Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
– Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the engineer.
– Liaising with the engineer to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required
– Diagnosing problems in production and providing recommendations
– Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
– Ensuring all machines are well maintained.
– Observing health and safety regulations at all times
Keeping abreast with the advancements of modern manufacturing practices.

Qualifications and Experience

– Bachelors degree in Production Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical engineering.
– 25 years and below
– Hands-on understanding of basic manufacturing processes and systems.
– Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
– Effective communication skills
– Proactive work ethic with ability to manage own workload and timelines
– Strong leadership abilities
– Ability to make decisions under pressure
