Graduate Trainee - Production :

Job Summary

We are looking for recent graduates to start as Graduate Trainee in our production department. The candidate should be a recent graduate from a reputable institution aged 25 and below.

Duties and Responsibilities

-- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the engineer.
- Liaising with the engineer to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required
- Diagnosing problems in production and providing recommendations
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensuring all machines are well maintained.
- Observing health and safety regulations at all times
Keeping abreast with the advancements of modern manufacturing practices.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors degree in Production Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical engineering.
- 25 years and below
- Hands-on understanding of basic manufacturing processes and systems.
- Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive work ethic with ability to manage own workload and timelines
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
