Job Summary

Methodist Development and Relief Agency (MeDRA) is a registered local PVO implementing Flooding Emergency Response in Gokwe South project to support communities affected by heavy storms in Ward 9 and 15 of Gokwe South, hence seeking a competent supplier to a once off supply of the following drugs.

Qualifications and Experience

The following terms and conditions will guide the tender,

1. No deposit payment as the payment is done in full after delivery of the drugs.
2. Be able to supply the whole list of listed drugs in their quantities within a week of order or notification (probable notification date 12 march 2023).
3. Drugs to have a shelve life of at least 5 months from date of delivery.
4. Tender documents should be submitted as one single PDF Document failure to which the bid will not be considered.

Bid Requirements
On the single PDF document bid, please may you include the following requirements
1. Certificate of incorporation
2. CR14 & CR6
3. Tax clearance
4. Company profile
5. Comprehensive quotation stating unit price per drug category.
6. Delivery time frame from the date of communication
7. Registered certificate with Ministry Of health (MCAZ Certificate)

A non-refundable tender fee of USD100-00 to be deposited in the following Nostro account and the proof of payment to be attached and forwarded together with tender documents. Failure to provide proof of payment will result in the tender being not considered.
